Founded in 2010, we created an entirely new category in the Marketing Industry, called Marketing as a Service (MaaS). Honestly, we didn’t intend to change the “marketing world”, we simply wanted to offer marketing services that were business focused, more affordable and without all the typical Agency pomp.

Our Story

We are serial entrepreneurs and business consultants who experienced a gaping hole in the market place. As business executives, we were buyers of marketing services. We were constantly amazed at the lack of real business acumen, empathy and understanding of the various marketing agencies we worked with and hired. We were continuously frustrated with agencies who were more focused on doing something they thought was cool or, award-worthy, than taking the time and energy to understand our business situation and organizational goals to help us strategize and execute activities to grow pipeline and market share.

So, we decided to do something about it.

Our core Business Model is based upon the framework seen with IT Managed Services, where a Managed Services Provider (MSP) takes on the responsibilities for the health and welfare of specific IT functions and/or systems for their clients.

However, there is one major point of difference with our approach and a traditional MSP. Traditional MSPs make their money through economies of scale, automated execution and strict attention to the fine print in the SOW. In essence, MSPs are more profitable if they can avoid interaction with their human customers. MaaS is the opposite. We believe in high-touch service and fully engaged relationships. We do this for a very simple reason. We want customers for life. We want to earn your trust and for you to see no delineation between your team and ours.
